Information pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196 of 30/06/2003, concerning the protection of personal data.

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we provide you with the following information:

Personal data is gathered and processed in order to fulfil obligations deriving from our commercial relationship, and in particular the data necessary for the following purposes: contractual, administrative, accounting and financial management, management of relationships with customers, suppliers, agents and representatives, management of debt collection activities, correspondence and protocol management, surveying the level of customer satisfaction and statistical elaboration for internal use.

The processing of personal data will be carried out using manual and automated systems suited for memorising, managing and transmitting data, according to logics that are strictly correlated to the purposes themselves, based on the data in our possession and with your commitment to promptly communicate any corrections, additions and/or updates.

The processing of personal data will be carried out through the implementation of suitable safety measures in order to prevent unauthorised third-parties from accessing data and to guarantee your confidentiality.

Providing personal data is optional, however it is absolutely necessary for fulfilling obligations stemming from the contract which you entered into or established by law, regulation or EC legislation. The refusal to provide personal data can entail:

  • the impossibility to establish or continue the relationship, or to carry out certain operations, if the data is needed to fulfil the relationship or the operation;
  • the impossibility to carry out certain operations that require the communication of data to parties that are functionally linked to the fulfilment of the aforementioned operations;
  • failure to communicate data to parties that carry out further activities, not functionally linked to the fulfilment of the relationship.

Your data will be communicated to our personnel in charge of the activities necessary to fulfil legal obligations or for purely functional reasons regarding contract execution. The data can be communicated to third parties only in fulfilment of the law or for administrative or accounting purposes. They can be additionally communicated to banking and financial Institutions for payment provisions.

Your data will not be subject to circulation.

You may exercise the following rights:


Italian Legislative Decree no.196/2003,

Article 7 – Right to access personal data and other rights

1. The interested party is entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence, or otherwise, of any personal information that concerns them, even if not yet recorded, and receive such information in an intelligible form.

2. The interested party is entitled to obtain information regarding:

a) the origin of personal data;

b) the purposes and methods of processing;

c) the rationale applied in case of processing carried out using electronic systems;

d) the identifying details of the data controller and managers and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;

e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data can be communicated or gain knowledge of said personal data, acting as a designated representative in the territory of the State, managers and employees.

3. The interested party is entitled to obtain:

a) the update, correction or, when necessary, the integration of data;

b) the cancellation, conversion into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose conservation is not necessary in relation to the reason why the data was gathered or processed;

c) proof that the operations mentioned in letters a) and b) were made known, even regarding their content, to those to whom the data was communicated or distributed, except for cases in which such fulfilment is impossible or requires the use of resources that are clearly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The interested party is entitled to oppose, in whole or in part:

a) for legal reasons pertaining to the processing of personal data that concerns them, even if they are pertinent to the purpose of the collection;

b) the processing of personal data that concerns them with the goal of sending advertising or direct sales material or to carry out market research or commercial communications.
